All rates quoted are in Thai Baht. Applicable to single & double occupancy and inclusive of breakfast (good for two persons only), 10% service charge & VAT. No charge for children under 12 years old and staying with parents without an additional bed. Extra breakfast for adults is 350 THB per person per day and child 4 to 12 years of age will be charged 250 THB per day. Child under 3 years old is free of charge for breakfast.
Compulsory gala dinner during Christmas Eve (24th of December) and New Year’s Eve (31st of December) For Adults: 2,000 Baht per person and children from 4 – 12 years of age : 1,300 baht per person. Child under 3 years of age is free of charge.

CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND NO SHOW POLICY
Guests should notify the resort by e-mail, fax or call of any cancellations or amendments in their reservations.
PEAK SEASON (DECEMBER 20 TO JANUARY 15)
- Cancellations / Amendments 30 ( thirty ) days below prior to guest arrival – 3 (three) night accommodation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations / Amendments 15 (fifteen ) days below prior to guest arrival – No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking
- No Show – No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking. The resort has the rights to make the room available for other bookings.
HIGH AND LOW SEASON
- Cancellations / Amendments 14 (fourteen ) days below prior to guest arrival – 2 ( two) nights accommodation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations / Amendments 7 ( seven ) days below prior to guest arrival – No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking.
- No Show – No refund / will be charged of full duration of booking. The resort has the rights to make the room available for other bookings.
EARLY CHECK OUT:
No refund / subject to charge of full duration of booking.
Notes:
- Bank charge for each payment transaction will be borne by guests.
- Visa , Master card and cash ( THB) are acceptable for payments at the resort.
- Due to low tide when arrival and dead corals in front of the resort, shorts and plastic or rubber sandals may be required.
- Please pay for National park fee at Pakmeng pier to enter Koh Ngai. 200 THB for adult and 100 THB for child
